Hike and pilates with Evolution 2

Let's set off on a wellness walk to reconnect with nature. We'll stop off at a local's house for a session of Hatha Yoga, facing the grandeur of the mountains.

Don't forget at the bottom of your rucksack: sun cream; hat/cap; sunglasses; jacket or fleece; water. And don't forget your shoes!
