Sarah invites you to discover her world, in particular the practice of Pilate. It is a complete fitness method to work the whole body. It is an activity accessible to all ages and levels.
The Pilates method is targeted on the muscles of the back and the abdominal belt which help to maintain the body in a correct posture. It is about toning, balancing and realigning all bodily functions. The results are visible from the first sessions, leaving your body stretched, more robust and more flexible. Pilates also helps to reduce stress and relieve tension, and makes you feel relaxed and revitalized from within. Beginner classes are suitable for first time exercisers, but before attending, all clients are advised to have an initial consultation to learn the basic techniques.
